Jeff joined Safran Seats USA in January 2016 and has led the turnaround of the company to excellent operational performance and profitability, driving significant culture change. With 20+ years of experience in aerospace and aviation, Jeff believes that a strong culture of empowerment and accountability, along with consistent leadership are fundamentally critical to the success of any organization. Jeff holds an MBA from Auburn University and a BBA in Finance from Texas State University.
