Steve is a Muenster ISD graduate who earned an associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from TSTC in Waco, TX.  With over 33 years of manufacturing experience, Steve is a progressive leader who believes the success of UMII is due in large part to its dedicated employees.

UMII looks for employees with natural ability that are highly motivated and have a strong work ethic.  They must be forward thinking, able to think through problems, make accurate decisions, and communicate effectively.  Employees also need to be teachable and have a strong eye for attention to detail.
